Our rooms were tidied up every day of our stay. There was also a laundry and a sunny terrace for drying laundry. Bathrooms are shared, but I never had a problem with that, as you could use all three available in the flat. Kind and polite treatment from the staff and attention to detail. The common area has water, tea, and coffee available.
