Visiting the Douro region I found the best thing to do is to stay here. You will experience everything Douro region has to offer! Throughout your visit you will experience several tasting of the excellent portwines of the house. And staying there you don’t need to drive anymore. (Large carpark). There is a joint drink followed by a communal dinner. The food is excellent and portwines are used in the food as well. It’s a very nice to socialize with other guests. There is a lovely swimming pool with nice seating area overlooking the wineslopes. Rooms are spotless, very comfortabel and atmospheric. Last but not least: there is a beautiful 2 hour hike from the premises through the winefields with magnificant Douro riverviews from high above! This all makes for an unforgettable experience! Cesar, Andre and Hannah are lovely people and made our stay unbelievably wonderful. The breakfast was perfect with the best view and traditional fresh food. We made a wine tasting and a tour through the winery, it was awesome. You can park in front of the Quinta.

Quinta do Tedo is an award-winning agrotourism that provides accommodation with breakfast included. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The tour of the winery was excellent, the wine tasting was super and the restaurant amazing. We went for a walk around the vineyard in the morning after breakfast, it's a little slice of heaven off the main road. We're so happy we decided to stay here
