This 5-star hotel is situated in a historic palace. Quinta das Lágrimas offers 3 room types: Palace Rooms once accommodated the Duke of Wellington and Garden Rooms overlook the botanical garden. Exceptional service! And I don’t say this often. We’ve extended our stay for a few more days because of their amazing & welcoming hospitality. They have a few steps here and there which make it a bit inconvenient for baby prams but again, it didn’t feel like a hassle at all. It almost felt like they would say “yes” to any request except the very things they really could not do
