Room was great, as usual. Great view, clean, having all you might need (fridge, coffee, tea, big working desk, soft towels...). I was there 6 times, and each time I am stressing out the rooms, cleanness, politeness and helpfulness of the staff, but I missed to say nice words about kitchen chef. They serve only breakfast in the hotel, and for the few days stay, variety is very good. What caught my eye is a guy, looks like kitchen chef to me and I guess I am right, who was going out the kitchen and checking several times the breakfast area, each meal served, every little detail, like maybe stain on the serving plate, freshness of the food displayed, if something is needed to be refiled etc. but all that with astonishing dedication. All the food was deliciously made and there was always savory and sweet options, several kinds of fruits, cereals, sweets... all eye catching and delicious. Thumbs up for all the kitchen and other hotel staff.

Our team ensures top-quality service, attending to every detail. Very nice location, in between other high buildings just in front of the palace. Feels like living in New York:) just 15 min.walking to old town. But there are a lot of shops and restaurants in neighbourhood. The spa and wellness center is not that big so it's great, that they have time booking system. But it's very worth to visit. The view is great. The parking garage is just under the building. A lot of choices at breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located in the centre of Warsaw in Three Crosses Square, just 5 minutes’ walking distance from the famous Nowy Świat Street and a 10-minute walk from Łazienki Royal Park. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and plush. The bed was super comfortable m. The bathroom was stunning. The staff couldn’t do enough for the guests. The lobby was very welcoming, I wish I stayed longer.
