We stayed at two different rooms because we liked Krakow so much so extended our stay. Upon arrival we've received a bottle of bubbly of some sort which was lovely, and the minibar was stocked with beverages (all included). There's also a coffee machine and tea and milk in the minibar. The first room was on the first floor and it was really nice. On our last night we switched to a different room on the first floor as well but with a view to the square. The view was worth it all because we like the crisp fresh air and the window opened to the cold breeze. The breakfast is included which is incredible and the buffet was great!
