Excellent location. The whole town Polanica-Zdroj is a diamond in the crown of Polish resort area and the hotel is located right were it should be - not very noisy, yet close to everything.
Delicious breakfast in a quiet open air atmosphere.
Summer concert in the patio was a pleasant surprise - Chopin's music is never too old.
I booked a room with twin beds, but Booking was not able to confirm the bed type. Although the room was provided with the double bed, the hotel stuff managed to change it to 2 single beds in a minute. No discontent, no complains.

Beautiful mountain villa set on a hill with exceptional views on all surrounding valley and mountains. Rustical and modern decor, very taseful. Very vlean, nice stuff. Definitely will come back with kids, there is a big green area they can play

Located just outside the park, perfect place for walks, 5mins from healing water pump room. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Really nice breakfast with various options. Staff nice, approachable, helpful.

We were thoroughly delighted with our stay at the hotel. Its elegant exterior and palace-like interior made a lasting impression, setting it apart from the other hotels we encountered on our trip. The interior was tastefully furnished, creating a warm and cozy ambiance that even impressed our dog. In Western Europe, it would undoubtedly be classified as a higher-end establishment.
The breakfast, served buffet-style in a beautifully appointed dining hall, added to the overall appeal of the hotel. Its proximity to key attractions such as the spa park, concert hall, pump room for medicinal and mineral waters, and various restaurants made our stay very pleasant. Duszniki-Zdroj, nestled in the charming Sudetes mountains, is already a picturesque location, and this hotel undeniably contributes to the town's allure. It can be confidently considered one of the attractions of Duszniki-Zdroj.

Hadn't really researched this area. It just fitted well with the mileage of the road trip but what a lovely surprise. The gardens in the surrounding area and the restaurant were beautiful and it only got better inside and the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was bright and had its own balcony. The breakfast was delicious - especially the pancakes!

Location was second to none--on the fringe of a lovely park, some 5 mins away from the main spa house. The scale of the property was in the sweet spot, not too small not too large. The breakfast was superb: a variety of options, good ingredients. Having it on a lovely terrace overlooking the park, on a sunny morning was a dream. Most rooms seem to have fairly generous balconies/loggias with at least a glimpse of the adjacent park. Lovely service. Lift to all floors.
