I stayed at the hotel for two nights, then left for a trek in the Colca Canyon and came back for an additional night. In the interim, I left my backpack at the hotel. When I got back, I was surprised that my backpack was already waiting for me in the room. A clean room, good breakfast, good location, welcoming staff - those are the points I would expect from a good hotel. Personal service, staff who think about the guest - those are the points that make a hotel an excellent hotel. This one is exactly that.
