Hotel Los Tambos Boutique is an elegant hotel in Arequipa, a city constructed entirely from white volcanic rock. It offers a rooftop terrace with views of Misti Volcano and adventure sports excursions. The property was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The receptionist (Jose) was exceptional - he was very kind, greeted us warmly every day and offered us great recommendations during our stay. Location perfect. Overall, Our stay at Hotel Los Tambos Boutique was fantastic, so much so that we didn’t look elsewhere for accommodation when booking accommodation on our return to Arequipa.

Located 300 metres from the main square and Mercaderes street and right behind the Monastery of Santa Catalina (built in 1579), Las Torres de Ugarte offers free Wi-Fi and buffet breakfast in central Arequipa. It combines modern and colonial decor. Perfect position to be able to walk into Arequipa. Super helpful staff. Spacious family room with comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Set in a refurbished mansion with charming colonial style architecture, La Casa de Melgar is set in Arequipa’s historical district. Guests can relax in the garden or in the central courtyard with a stone fountain. Wi-Fi is free. Beautiful old design buildings and decoration. Full of plants, trees and garden, giving the feelings of relaxing and cozy like home. Great staff, great breakfast. Good location but very quiet.

Arequipa's main square is 300 metres away. Great rooms and beautiful courtyard. Location was ideal being close to the main square but still quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff were attentive and kind.

Basic internet satellite service is available at the front desk. Everything was great, the hotel is beautiful and offers lots of nice activities to enjoy. The breakfast was superb too.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Miskiwasi Bed & Breakfast is located in Yanque, 8 km from Bus Station and 8.2 km from Chivay Arena. There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. We had a wonderful time here. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was comparable to some 5-star hotels we have stayed in, just without the bells and whistles. The portable heater worked well and kept us warm. The owners clearly take pride in what they do. They were always warm, polite, and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every time we saw them. The hotel restaurant was excellent, tasty meals at a good price. No need to eat anywhere else. It is also in a great location, only a few minutes' walk to the town centre. Would happily stay again. A solid 10 out of 10 from us!

Room service is also available. Wonderful place, super friendly staff that makes sure you are being taken care of, and the view from our room was just breathtaking. They take outstanding care of the property, too, growing variety of flowers, and everything is spotless clean. Their Quinoa restaurant serves the best meals we ve tasted during our three week trip. Located in the traditional neighbourhood of Yanahuara in Arequipa, Posada Nueva España offers accommodation in a colonial house from 1810, only a 5-minute walk from the city centre on a traditional and very quiet street. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Large historic family compound with 15 - 20 en suite rooms. A 10 to 15 minute walk to the historic sites. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff with Antonio in the lead are excellent.

At La Hostería Boutique Hotel, guests are a 5-minute walk from the historic district, just across from Santa Catalina Monastery. They can enjoy a red-tiled terrace with mustard walls, potted plants and flowers or relax in the nicely decorated living room. Beautiful and romantic stay, we were treated so extremely well. Location is the best! Quiet and spacious rooms. I would stay here again
