I had a wonderful time at Al Bustan Palace hotel. Lovely room overlooking the beautiful garden and swimming pool. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at the pool. But what made the stay unforgettable is the unwavering service from the staff. Particularly Seda, who went to buy a collector's item in the city especially for me that I wanted. And Bandana who prepared special tea for me every day against my cold. Fasrul who gave me all his attention and patiently listened to my stories. I was touched when Seda, Bandana and Fasrul gave me the collector's item as a souvenir of my stay. I'll never forget! With such staff, any hotel stay would be a wonderful experience!

The staff to the location was wonderful. Every single staff member was extremely helpful with all our requirements and extremely friendly. From reception to breakfast room staff. Hospitality was excellent.
Location of the hotel was perfect, close to a shopping mall and to the highway.
Booked a suite and very comfortable for a family of 4.

This felt like we were living in Oman. The rooms are grand and traditional, which we loved. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms were clean. We loved the lazy pool and loved going around with the push and pull of the water

Everything is stunning. The architecture is in beautiful, modern Arabian style, with gorgeous gardens and facilities. Service and food were impeccable, and they let us have a late checkout due to a late flight. Whilst the overall hotel is definitely high end and focused on adults, the area we stayed in was very child friendly.
