Surrounded by beautiful native trees and bush land, Aspen Court Motel Franz Josef offers guests free Wi-Fi. Opened in December 2013, the property offers heated rooms with a flat-screen TV. It is a 1-minute walk from Glacier Hot Pools. Clean, quiet, comfortable, large room with everything we needed for a relaxing two-night stay. I can’t say enough great things about this property. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place to stay! The bed was really comfortable, and our room had a spa bath, which was fantastic! Great air conditioning, comfy pillows, good sized towels, and right across the road from the local pub. The breakfast left in our room each night was great too. Toast, fruit, yoghurt, cereal. More than enough. It was one of the nicer motels I've stayed in.

Backing onto peaceful greenery, 10 Cottages offers self-contained cottages with a balcony, just 2 minutes' walk from the center of Franz Josef Glacier and a 3-minute walk from the Glacier Hot Pools. Free off-street parking and free unlimited WiFi are included. We arrived after check in was closed and left before check in was open so we never met the staff. However we had the key left for us with instructions and the accommodation was lovely. The water was hot and we had a lovely stay.
