It is one of the closest accommodation options from the Interisland Ferry Terminal, just 2 km away. I got lost because I couldn't use Wi-Fi. Also, the road was under construction, which made it difficult to find my way. There was a laundry in the room which was very helpful. I was happy that the drinks were plentiful.

So grateful for their support of families battling childhood cancer!

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel in an excellent central location - a few mins walk to the Britomart train station and the bus stop for the airport, as well as the ferry. The staff are also extremely polite and helpful. Actually stayed here 3 times during the trip to New Zealand it was that good! I mentioned that the mattress was a little soft, so we got a mattress that was more firm! The hotel even held our large luggage overnight when we did a 2-day trip!!! And to top it off, there is a heated swimming pool that's absolutely divine after a long journey!! Cannot recommend it enough - best accommodation during our holiday!!
