It was clean and comfortable and my wife and I had a wonderful time. Loved the personal message that made us feel welcomed and the property was very close to every place we wanted to go to. We would definitely love to stay again and request for the same room as we loved our privacy.

Silver Fern Rotorua Suites & Spa is 10 minutes’ drive from the famous Polynesian Spa and Mitai Maori Village. Rotorua Airport is a 15-minute drive away. Everything was excellent. The lady who manages the suites could not have been more helpful. Great location to access all the incredible sights in Rotorua.

The rooms at BK’s feature kitchens with microwave, comfortable recliner armchairs and satellite TV. Guests have access to on-site laundry facilities, safe luggage storage and bicycle storage. Friendly staff, cleanliness, size of rooms and location. Staff were accommodating when our plans changed and we needed to stay another night. Unfortunately the room we were in was booked but they made sure that before we checked out the rooms they had reserved for us were ready for us to move into. Amazing staff!
