We had a wonderful two-night stay here and were impressed by how convenient and welcoming everything was. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Rotorua, close to shops, attractions, and dining, yet quiet and peaceful at night.
The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the essentials we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette which made it easy to prepare small meals or enjoy a hot drink. A thoughtful touch was receiving a bottle of milk at check-in for a cuppa after a long drive.
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy, and check-in was smooth and efficient. This is a great base for exploring Rotorua and relaxing in between adventures. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Rotorua in the future.

I would like to share my wonderful experience at this hotel, and I'd like to extend special thanks to one staff member, Star. Due to our limited English proficiency, Star went above and beyond to help us numerous times, making our stay more enjoyable and seamless. Star consistently greeted us with a smile and a warm attitude. Whenever we encountered any issues or needed assistance, she patiently addressed our concerns and provided incredibly helpful suggestions. Her professionalism and genuine concern for guests made us feel right at home.
Not only does this hotel boast an elegant environment and attentive service, but the enthusiastic assistance from staff members like Star left a lasting impression on us. Once again, a big thank you to Star and the entire hotel team. We look forward to staying here again and creating more wonderful memories.

Great facilities around the resort and activities for kids; free mini-golf, pool, tennis and table tennis. 5 mins drive to downtown, Redwoods, supermarket - a great base to explore Rotorua. Great space in the luxury one-bed apartment for a family of 4 (two young children). Very attentive staff.

The property was a authentic boutique hotel, Victorian style outside and inside but of a high quality. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom big enough. The lounge area looked very warm (they had a fireplace) and comfy.

Hollywood regency styling was really nice, it's one of my favourite interior and exterior designs. Lovely location very low-key, the food was nice. It was easy for my guests to find me. Front desk wasn't noisy but if you needed them, they were there to help.
