And having morning breakfast with Mike’s delicious food and Wookie keeping us company made us feel at home. If you’re lucky enough to snag an apartment here book it!

We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and exploring the islands. Brita and Heinz are generous hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was spacious and well equipped. This has to be one of the best places I have stayed.

It is really a little secluded and though so close to the main street and thus to downtown Kerikeri. You have your own parking right in front of the cabin, which makes it so comfortable to pack and unpack without limitation. Great to have a kitchen and all necessities around. You couldn't really ask for more. Sarah, the host, is absolutely amazing as she tries to help in every way, whether it's for a trip to do or for dinner/lunch possibilities. The one she suggested was amazing and due to my short stay, I couldn't try all of them.

A really great experience and we were very impressed by the overall quality of their hospitality. Sad we couldn't stay longer. The bed in our cottage was very comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights in an apartment.
