ItalyOur family had an experience that felt like happy sailors on shore leave in this historic hotel full of old-world charm! The location is perfect—right in the center for all your adventures, yet so peaceful it feels like a little hidden oasis.
The services are fantastic: breakfast and dinner buffets so abundant we’re still not sure we managed to taste everything! The dining room is amazing, with the atmosphere of a real 1800s fishing boat—all that was missing were some nets on the walls and the cry of seagulls. The tea room by the entrance is so inviting you’ll find yourself tempted to have a snack at any hour.
A big thank you to the blonde lady (the captain herself?) who welcomed us with a brilliant smile, and to all the “men of the sea” in the kitchen, always ready to feed us with great enthusiasm.
At the end, we even discovered a well-equipped gym with Technogym machines and a sauna… so after eating like pirates, we could at least pretend to feel sporty (for about five minutes!).

The rooms here are spacious and of a boutique-style done very tastefully. large bathrooms with nice rainfall shower in a glass door wet room style. the hotel rooms were quiet and the communal areas were very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is highly reputable in its own right and the food was excellent. Well above good hotel quality and more like a specialist restaurant! as a consequence, the morning breakfast was also absolutely excellent with a wide range of beautifully prepared breakfast items all of which you’d expect.

We were arriving late due to issues with the trains, but once we arrived they had been kind enough to keep some dinner aside for us! This was so appreciated! It's a great location, really lovely hotel
