The staff are friendly and helpful, and food in the restaurant is excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. The apartments are less than a 5 minute walk to the Flåm railway, and the main harbour from where there are boat excursions to the fjord. It was peaceful and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We stayed in one of the modern rooms, which has plenty of space and a nice porch on the lawn to enjoy the morning sun. This is a must see for everyone who just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape. It’s not cheap, but it’s with it.

This refurbished 1800s manor house is in Flåm, 200 metres from the Aurlandsfjord. It provides a restaurant, a large garden and free WiFi access. All rooms have views towards the Aurlandsfjord or the surrounding mountains. Very good Location, helpful and kindness staff and really good breakfast. It has a choice to Vegan.

Vangsgaarden Gjestgiveri is located in the oldest buildings in the village of Aurland. Situated on the shores of Aurlandsfjord, it offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi. We stayed in a fisherman's hut, right on the water. It was gorgeous. We even got lucky and were able to see the northern lights over the fjord from our little porch. The restaurant and included breakfast were delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Situated in western Norway’s Nærøyfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this waterfront hotel offers easy access to ferry boat fjord tours. Some rooms have skylights with views up to Kjelsfossen Waterfall. The location is perfect, just few steps from the Harbour. I loved the room decoration in Viking style with glass roof, at night, after all tourists are gone, you really feel isolated in a viking village surrounded by marvelous fjords. It's an incredible experience!

At the head of the famous Flåm Railway in Myrdal, this hotel is only accessible by train and sits high above Aurlandsfjord. It is not located very close to Myrdal station, it's located 1,5 km from Myrdal. It's not possible to walk to the hotel wintertime due to the snow conditions. We recommend to take the train one stop down from Myrdal to Vatnahalsen station. Important to check the timetable for the trains. It takes 30 minutes to walk summertime. It's NOT possble to drive by car to Vatnahalsen hotel. Beautiful setting , beautiful old hotel with nice staff. The breakfast was above and beyond.
