The contemporary design of the rooms and suites are inspired by the character of the building. Welcoming and friendly staff. Room was large and comfortable with adequate storage space for our 3 day stay.

The location is beautiful and easy to find, with free parking on the premises. They offered a welcome drink and carried our luggage to our room. The facilities are incredible; the gym is small but decent, and the sauna is fantastic (though you need to book it in advance). The breakfast is à la carte, a bit expensive but really delicious with a very nice selection. The room was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. The staff is really friendly and super accommodating. Highly recommend.

Slightly too far out of town to walk, but they have bicycles available. Would recommend.

This family-run hotel, Hotel Fidder - Patrick's Whisky Bar, is located in a monumental building at a 10-minute walk from the centre of Zwolle and is accessible from the A28 motorway. Hotel Fidder - Patrick's Whisky Bar is decorated in an art nouveau style. The hotel itself is quite small and cosy. Staff were very helpful with tips for our stay. Room was amaaaaaazing with sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast was great too.
