Not for fans of polish and perfection, but ideal if you value atmosphere and personality.

We have tried the popular resorts in Penang but this gorgeous boutique hotel is a far superior experience. Wonderful staff that always greeted us with genuine warmth and care. Featuring spacious suites with free Wi-Fi, it an art gallery and its own coffee museum. Everything was just perfect! It’s so beautiful, has a nice historical vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing service! The hotel location is great, walking distance to all tourist spots and eateries. It's a great place to stay and watch the new year fireworks without fighting with the crowd in bars to get a view of the KOMTAR fireworks . There is an amazing view of KOMTAR fireworks from the parking lot.
