The staff is so kind. No one was ever grumpy. This is so rare. I did not see a single grumpy person within 10 days. The staff is what makes this hotel a 5 star hotel I think.

Got a deluxe water chalet and they gave us one with sea view. View was amazing and the unit was comfortable. Overall service was good. Ample car park.

My very first time here.Atfirst, I wasn't sure about the resort. I booked for 3 nights. I changed it a few days before I travelled.When I got here,everything was so perfect. Atmosphere, helpful staff,are so polite,friendly,helpful smiling face.I came very close with manager who got sence of humour,staff call norain,Nisha from bar.Making my stayed very homely..all staffs are so well respected and friendly.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. We had food allergies and didn't have any troubles. Love the chalet. Amazing views. Food was good. Pool was nice too.
