Offering free WiFi, this Mérida Hotel La Piazzetta is located on Mejorada square and 230 metres from Museo De la Canción Yucateca and just a few blocks from the Cathedral, market and Paseo Montejo. The owner from Nice gave us some of the best service we have ever received. He upgraded our room without charge for our honeymoon, drew us a map of Merida with recommendations, carried our luggage to the room, made sure we had cold water for the night, and much more. 10/10. Super cute hotel and outdoor area as well.

The Diplomat is a beautifully designed boutique hotel in a wonderfully relaxed setting. From the moment we stepped through the door we were so warmly welcomed by Sara, Eric and their team and loved every minute of our stay. The welcome margarita was the best of our 3 week stay in Mexico (we tried many!) and our enormous room, which opened onto the pool terrace was simply perfect. Sara organised massages in our room on our first evening and her restaurant suggestions were perfect. We had already booked a guide (Raul Gil +52 999 157 9312) who, by coincidence, turned out to be the guide that The Diplomat used. He was fantastic and took us for a great day out to the Celustan, followed by visits to an old Hacienda and Uxmal (in our opinion a way better experience than Chichen Itza). The delicious breakfasts at the hotel were different each day and it was a treat to have afternoon tea!

The quality of service is absolutely outstanding. We had to change our travel plans, and even though our booking was non-refundable and non-changeable, the hotel kindly offered to change the dates free of charge. Communication via WhatsApp was incredibly quick and efficient — they even shared great recommendations for cenotes and restaurants. The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis located in a very safe part of the city, about a 10-minute walk from the center. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, and the breakfasts are excellent. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and truly appreciate their hospitality. If we ever come back to Mérida, we will definitely stay here again.

Located in Valladolid's town centre, Hotel Posada San Juan has an outdoor pool, terraces and gardens to offer to its guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great and the hotel is lovely.

The location was great! We were able to walk everywhere which was nice. Uber was also available for places a little further away. Many fantastic restaurants near by. Located within Merida's Historic Centre, 1 km away from the city's cathedral and 200 metres from Santiago Park, Hotel Boutique Merida Santiago offers an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and a restaurant. I spent 3 weeks at Merida Santiago Hotel with a broken ankle. The staff were outstanding in attending to my condition and prioritising my comfort every day. The food, cooking classes and general atmosphere at this lovely establishment are fabulous. All set in the lovely and deeply historical rich subrb of Santiago. Thank you. Lasting memories.
