The gardens are stunningly beautiful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced and the restaurant staff very attentive. We really enjoyed feeding the turtles in the turtle garden and seeing the beehive. The cave under the hotel was very unique. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

We got sick just before we arrived in Valladolid and the staff at Tia Micha went above and beyond to look after us. Great location right by the town square. Beautiful breakfasts in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Back to La Piazzetta for the second time and it was the best decision during our roadtrip in the Yucatan Peninsula! I remembered Piazzetta being a family-owned hotel in a beautiful setting with traditional rooms, lovely views and welcoming people! Our stay exceeded my expectations! We were welcomed by Leo (the owner) and it immediately felt we came back to visit old friends! Leo helped us and gave us recommendations of what not to be missed that same evening and the day after, restaurant options and must-do's! The room was big enough for four people (we were with three) and it had all the needed amenities! Perfectly clean and comfortable. We highly appreciated the coffee/juice/brioche mini breakfast offered the morning after, the help with carrying the luggage and the attention to details. We were quite sad we only booked for 1 night but it's definitely a place I would be returning in the future! Still lots to see in the area and such a beautiful welcoming place does make the whole experience much much better!

The setting was incredible, and we had an amazing time. The staff was attentive, and everything was clean. Every detail was considered, even everything smelled amazing. We will definitely come back.

Surrounded by attractive gardens, it offers an à la carte restaurant and free parking. What an amazing hotel! It’s so beautiful, clean, staff is great, very good restaurant and breakfast. Too bad Valladolid is not so big so we could stay here longer.
