Thanks Madjid! The accommodation is very central, next to Playa Norte and Playa Centro. They cleaned it every day. Thanks!!! I loved that he offered water to refill the bottles. This way there is less plastic so it contributes to having a more sustainable island. I wish all hosts would do this.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The owner is french - like us, it was really nice talking with him. He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.

The support staff are amazingly attentive; and the place in immaculate condition because of their efforts. The beach is beautiful and Suenos' cabanas give guests wonderful location to relax on the beach. We were there for full week and had a different excellent breakfast each day. Had lunch couple of times, and it was very good as well. The location has a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.
