Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. ADO International Bus Station is 400 metres away and Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal is 400 metres from the hotel. We loved the rooftop pool and lounge area, perfect balance of shade and sun options. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a lovely balcony. The road was quiet and had security, the area felt safe at night. The host was very friendly and accommodating, included clear instructions to access the property, recommended local restaurants, and was available by text at all times. We can’t recommend this location enough!

Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Certain units at the property feature a balcony with a sea view. WOW! This is quite simply the best hotel we've ever stayed at. We were fortunate enough to get a free upgrade after we let the property know we were celebrating our recent engagement and the room was incredible, enormous space, huge comfortable bed, giant balcony with whirlpool bath, plus welcome gifts and a sweet treat left in our room every night. The beach club is fantastic, never a rush on or lack of sunbeds, the staff are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond in catering to whatever wants or needs you may have. The pool is wonderful and a great place to cool off in the afternoon heat, the swim up bar is fantastic and the cocktails are incredible, and fairly priced relative to the rest of the island. The breakfast menu is extensive and delicious, and we also ate at the restaurant on our final night which was the best meal we had on the island. We also ended up opting to pay for a transfer back to Cancun airport through the hotel, which was a seamless and calm experience compared to sorting taxis/ferry/ADO ourselves. Huge thanks to all the staff for honestly making this the trip of a lifetime for us, we'll certainly be coming back!

The apartment provides a restaurant serving American cuisine, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. Our whole stay was really nice. The room was very comfortable and well located. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. Majid was very helpful and communicative from the beginning. He also helped us change our reservation due to a coming hurricane. Thanks a million Majid.

Located around a few steps from Playa Holbox, the hotel with free WiFi is also 1.8 km away from Punta Coco. The accommodation offers room service, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. We had a wonderful time at Casa Takywara. The hotel is great to suit a very quiet time away, it’s at the part of the beach away from most things but is a short distance to the hustle and bustle of the town. The reception staff were very accommodating with helping with extra amenities and activities such as cocktails and ordering breakfast (which was quite average but very convenient) and helped with organising massages in the room. Overall we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the penthouse apartment, it’s very large and is so beautifully furnished. It felt like home after 9 days!

Casa Don Diego features air-conditioning and private bathrooms in every guest room. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace. Really welcoming and friendly people. A small hotel kept with love and lots of details. Beautiful lush garden, lots of privacy and all you need for the room and the pool. They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!

The tropical-style suites at this beachfront hotel feature a balcony with sea views, a fan and private bathrooms with a shower, toilet and free toiletries. The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.
