This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. Really welcoming and friendly people. A small hotel kept with love and lots of details. Beautiful lush garden, lots of privacy and all you need for the room and the pool. They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!

Wonderful quiet hotel, excellent, tasty and very fresh breakfast served by very nice staff. Beautiful very clean beach with more than enough shadow. Comfy places on the beach. The rooms are highly original in design and layout. We were on the top floor and felt like in a tree house. Very nice and helpful staff with a proactive attitude. Seem to enjoy their jobs.

Located on the coast of Xcalacoco Beach 10 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen, this luxury resort and spa situated in the tropical rainforest features a restaurant. Service was incredible. All inclusive option was much higher quality than any other resort.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The place is beautiful and the room was perfect. Location is great - 10 minute walk from the bus station. They also have a restaurant which serves great food.

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The hotel is perfect, you really get good value for the money. I been living in some hotels which were much more expensive. But to be honest, i like Hotel Colibri much more. And the breakfast is the best i have taste, the service and the food there is so good. With good prices. You will love Hotel Colibri.

For breakfast you get a voucher for a basic breakfast option - butter, marmelade, portion of fruit and bread (restaurant nearby, d' Italiano), and a discount voucher 20% if you want something other on the menu. Overall, our experience could not be better!

This distinctly stylish hotel is located just 50 metres from the sandy beach in the heart of Playa del Carmen with shopping, dining and nightlife available nearby. Great location staff were amazing. Carlos was a gem to deal with very personable the entire staff were great. My 1st time as a solo traveler, I felt very safe. Transportation was organized through the hotel, and it was very smooth. Definitely would go back.
