Everything :) the staff was super nice, especially Clara made us feel welcome immediately. It’s close the the most important things in the city in our opinion which is the beach and Quinta Avenida which is where a lot of shops and restaurants are located.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.

The hotel only opened half a year ago so everything is brand new and super modern. The rooftop pool has a spectacular view and even toilets up there. The beachfront pool is stunning and the restaurant is incredible to eat breakfast there. The staff is the nicest I have met on my trip and they go above and beyond to fulfill your wishes. It's a very safe accomodation. The food you can buy ther is so delicious and the private beach area is an absolute dream. This is probably the most beautiful hotel I've stayed at in Mexico. It will 100% be worth the visit.

Massive room with a lovely little kitchen and overlooking a beautiful pool. Staff were really helpful at check in and bicycles could be rented.

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The hotel Is really close to the beach, actually has a direct access to the beach, and few walks to the main street, just around the corner. There Is a bar/restaurant in the hotel, where you Will get the breakfast..Amazing place, right in front of the Sea. The quality Is High, both on food and service. All people working there were nice and always available to help you! I warmly suggest this hotel ;)

The public beach is not long or is private, so having the option to stay right at the beach and not to walk to the beach and trying to find a spot to place your towel saves a person a lot of time. The hotel crew is great but Carolina stands out. She is the most helpful, kind and smiling receptionist that I came across lately. She takes the guest personally and it is what makes the difference in comparison to the other receptionists I have had in the past, too notch service. The rooms are air conditioned and comfortable, not luxury but very pleasant and very clean. The housekeeping works very hard to keep the rooms and the area clean. The hotel is located in the heart of it all, in a pedestrian street, bars, restaurants, clubs, breweries, you name it. Everything is a walking distance unless you go on a tour, the closest pick up spot is about 5-15 min away walking. I’m going back there for sure. The bar has a live band at the weekends, which makes it a pretty cool spot.
