Everything :) the staff was super nice, especially Clara made us feel welcome immediately. It’s close the the most important things in the city in our opinion which is the beach and Quinta Avenida which is where a lot of shops and restaurants are located.

Casa Don Diego features air-conditioning and private bathrooms in every guest room. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

This was my 4th visit to Hotel Lunata in Playa del Carmen since 2002. On the surface, very little has changed over the years. In this case, that is a very good thing! Of course there has been some modernization in that time, such as very good WiFi for each room, however the warm and inviting room design, the friendly staff and the overall impression the hotel leaves have all not changed. We again had a very pleasant visit and were sad to leave. The breakfast is very basic with some cereals, tea, coffee and toast. It’s enough to get you going into the day, but it’s not a feast and is not the main focus of this boutique hotel. It is self-service in the Lunata natural garden, just like it was in 2002. We brought some fruits from the market and the staff offered to peel and cut the fruit for us. Fantastic service.

We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.

Everything is new, sparkling clean. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated with quality furniture and bed linens. Powerfull AC, hot shower, large balcony with breathtaking views. The staff were all very personable and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Xavier that took care of us on the beach is a gem and he made the best michelada i've ever had! I was travelling alone with my 6 year old daughter and we always felt safe and welcomed. She loved the pool and the direct access to the beach. Another thing to note is that the food is spectacular!!! The guacamole with chicharron, the fish tacos, the tuna tostada, the breakfasts, EVERYTHING! Quality ingredients prepared the right way. It was quiet at night and we slept like babies. There's also a stunning pool on the roof with views of the jungle and the sea. I loved everything about our stay and will absolutely return!

Attractively situated in the centre of Tulum, XscapeTulum features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. This 4-star hotel offers a shared lounge and room service. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The room was super clean and everything was fresh. Great water pressure and just steps from the pool. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful tropical plants and setting. The front desk clerk, Jesus, was super helpful and was a native Spanish speaker and also spoke perfect English. Just looking for a roof over my head and was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. I will be staying there on any subsequent stays.

Staff extremely helpful and kind always anticipating your every need and going out of their ways to satisfy guests. Room was cleaned very well daily. The bar/restaurant had delicious options and great deals for the drinks (I might or might not have drunk 12 mezcalitas on an afternoon). The staff of the bar was so friendly and the breakfast options were great!
