First of all from the time i stepped into the building until the time i stepped onto the speedboat to leave i felt like royalty. This company is incredible really. My girlfriend started crying when we departed because she says she has never had a hotel make her feel so special like Arena has. Ajay from house keeping took care of my luggage and even brought a basket of fresh fruit to the room in the afternoon. Ajay was very helpful to answer my questions and help anyway he could.

The service staff was also exceptional—very courteous and attentive special thanks to JUSICA . The only drawback was the poor Wi-Fi connectivity, which could definitely be improved. Other than that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our time here.
