Guests received a VIP welcome with tea and Moroccan pastries. The welcome we received was very friendly and checkin was completely painless. The grounds are well maintained and the pools were spotless clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate any request possible. They also offered transfer services to and from the City for very reasonable prices. The room was very clean and incredibly well maintained. Coming here was definitely a highlight for me, I didn't want to leave!

It offers a swimming pool and a rooftop terrace with panoramic city views. My stay at Riad Palais Sebban has been my best experience so far! Everything was perfect! We stayed as a family of four, and each of us truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff were absolutely amazing — every single one of them was polite, helpful, friendly, and genuinely kind. A true example of what hospitality should be like! The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Although we didn’t get exactly the rooms we had booked on Booking.com, we didn’t mind at all. The riad is so cozy and charming that we quickly forgot about it. The food and drinks were delicious, with plenty of variety. If you wanted something different, they would even go out and get it just for you. Truly exceptional service! The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance — Djemaa El Fna, the Koutoubia Mosque, El Badi Palace, and Bahia Palace are all about 15 minutes away on foot. I highly recommend this place to everyone — it is absolutely worth the time, money, and experience! 🥰😍

Palais Des Princesses is located in the heart of Marrakech’s medina, a 2-minute walk from the famous Jamaâ El Fna Square. It features a indoor swimming pool, Spa & Wellness Centre, where there is a hammam, hot tub and massages available upon request. The staff was very tentative, and the facility was beautifully laid out. A lot of that was put into caring for the guest that came to stay.

Stay in one of its five spacious rooms (kobba), each furnished in a unique and authentic traditional style. All rooms have private and modern bathrooms decorated in the best moorish tradition of Tadellakt and Zellige. The Riad is simply amazing, so beautiful, colourful and clean! But as amazing as the place itself is, the people working there are even better! Big thanks to Imad and Ali - simply amazing service!

Every detail at Ambre Epices Medina Riad has been designed for your relaxation. Idle time away in the Riad's hammam, massage lounge, swimming pool or hot tub, unless you prefer to unwind in the solarium or on the terrace among friends. The room, the nice decorations, comfortable bed, spa and the daily wonderful breakfast on the rooftop were absolutely the best. But what made our stay really great was the staff, especially Mohamed and Nada. They were not only very professional but also friendly and customer oriented. They helped with our excursions and transportations and made sure everything was well organized.
