The property is amazing. The rooms, the terrace, the pool, the chilling areas, everything is just beautiful. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist you. Fes El Bali, Fès
Located in the medina of Fès, Riad Fes Aicha & SPA offers guest rooms with a modern, Moroccan décor and is a 2-minute walk from the central market. Excursions in the area and transfers can be organised, with an additional cost. The hotel manager, Zouhaire, is excellent. I arrived from a tour bus and he spoke to my guide and agreed to come to a designated location to personally find me and escort me back to the hotel. I did not even ask for this service - it was something my guide arranged for me without me even realizing. Also, I was suffering from food poisoning when I arrived at the hotel. I asked Zouhaire if he knew of any local place to buy some fruit. In a heartbeat and smile he kindly offered to personally take me to the local market where I could pick out and purchase a wonderful selection of beautiful healthy fruits from a friend of his. He really looked after me to make sure I stayed safe. I felt very safe going through the Medina to buy my meal especially when feeling sick. Then, he went the extra mile when I asked, last minute, to purchase a hamman experience. Again, he arranged for me to have one that evening after the spa hours had officially closed. The hamman was really good and helped me take a turn to feeling better. I bounced back to my normal self so that by the next morning I was actually able to visit the city as I originally hoped to do. Also, Zouhaire prides himself in his hospitality. He gave me a huge spread of fresh food for breakfast which I barely ate because I have a small stomach. I couldn’t believe how much food he put out for one person! He also arranged a cab for me to the airport. The cab was large, clean, and the driver trustworthy. Zouhaire will do anything to help you with a genuine smile and caring heart. Very impressed with my stay and I cannot wait to return! The WiFi is strong, they have two rooftop terraces with stunning views. The bed was so comfortable with freshly pressed linens and the decor is beautiful.

It is traditionally designed and guests are free to relax on the patio or in the lounge. We love the traditional decor, the comfortable room, and the amazing views from the rooftop patio. Our host was kind and gracious. He picked us up from our parking lot, found a guide for us, gave us tips on how to walk through the medina, and negotiate with the shop keepers, and served us a delicious dinner and breakfast. The riad is clean, comfortable, warm, and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend it!

The location was good. It's only around 200 m to the Parking Ain Azliten. ATM and most of the attraction was in reasonable walking distance. The place was surrounded with the small souvenir shops that have more reasonable price compare with the shop nearby the Blue Gate. The interior of the guest house was amazing. The room was small but the furniture's choices was great so even we can open our big luggage without problem. The bed was comfortable. Our room was being cleaned everyday, which is surprising for a guest house class.
However, the best part from all were the staffs. All people were welcoming. The breakfast was made with love. Mr. Haddou was really helpful. He helps us to bought something in the market so we won't get scam. He help us with our baggage to the Blue Gate! He connect us with other guests that staying there too! So we can share our stories. Definitely a worth place to stay in Fes.

Great location, nice interior design, good breakfast. Funky vibes!
Excellent location close to Talaa Kbira (main street) but at the same time hidden in a quiet tiny alley. Great breakfast served on rooftop by an amazing chef. Beautiful & authentic interior design, with a nice lovely view over Old Fes from the rooftop.
Muhammed was incredibly welcoming, he showed us the property, told us about Fes and made us a great breakfast. The riad had a lovely interior design, the breakfast layout was great (you all have breakfast together) and the beds were very xomfortable!
The riad was beautiful. the design and tile work was stunning and the outdoor area with the pool was wonderful. We were offered Moroccan food on the menu and the Pastilla with fruit was delicious. the atmosphere was one of a kind. the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and lovely. the women working there were very helpful, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend.
Very friendly and impeccable service. The property is gorgeous ! The moroccan gastronomy is very refined in the beautifully designed restaurant with stunning 360 views of the Medina. Our suite was amazingly gorgeous mixing a traditional stylish design with high luxury comfort. The property is full of magnificent artworks. The breakfast is a delight. The spa pools are the most impressive I have seen anywhere. 5 star luxury at its very best !
