The service was exceptional, especially Andrius was super helpful and took really good care of the guests. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast, and the service was efficient and friendly. The room was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was very quite and there was even an extra door after the entryway that helped keep the sound out. The staff remembered our wishes to enjoy the breakfast in the winter garden the next day. They also helped and suggested ideas for things we would enjoy to do while in Vilnius. Perhaps the best hotel we have stayed at!

Located on the main street of Vilnius’s Old Town, The Narutis Hotel features 2 restaurants. Internet and parking are free of charge. Wonderful hotel. Beautiful, clean with the best staff. Very friendly and helpful. The building itself is like a museum but same time it was very comfortable to stay there. And the location is the best! I was working, so if you also need a good wifi. You can rely on this hotel as well. The breakfast was very good.

Exceptional service recovery – A masterclass in hospitality ​We experienced a serious security mix-up regarding our room access during our stay. It could have easily ruined our trip, but the management's reaction was a lesson in excellent service. ​They didn't look for excuses – they took full responsibility immediately. They issued a full refund for the night, offered us a private sauna session as a treat (which we sadly were too tired to use), and even proactively arranged and paid for our taxi to the airport. ​I must also mention that beyond this incident, the service level of the entire hotel staff was outstanding throughout our stay. ​A hotel is measured not when everything is perfect, but by how they handle problems. The team at Ratonda showed rare integrity and generosity. You turned an unpleasant incident into a memory of outstanding care. Highly recommended.
