My room was at the first floor called Breeze. The view was great. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is very good. The hotel has the steep walk way but there is shuttle service for guest to go down the hill. Shuttle is available always. I really like the hotel and looking forward to go again.

I had a great experience at The Pinnacle Ella. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also had lunch at the hotel, and really enjoyed the food. I had read some reviews mentioning issues with the Wi-Fi, but during my stay, it worked perfectly fine. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ella.

Located atop the Ella-pass, Ravana Heights stands 1000 m above sea level. Offering picture perfect panoramic views of the Ella Gap and Ella Rock. Rooms overlook the surrounding mountains and Ella... The rooms are beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The place is within a short walking distance from the town center and has beautiful views on the surrounding mountains. The staff was beyond helpful and the food delicious. The owner was so kind as to recommend us a short hike offering stunning views off the beaten trail. He provided us with all necessary instructions. Wet had a wonderful stay. P.S.: We loved the welcome pancakes.
