The food is exceptional .. Indika and his team are master chefs! The property is beautiful and well maintained surrounded by amazing wildlife with some of the best views in Kandy. The place is also a peaceful retreat from the bustle of Kandy town but not too far away from anything. The staff are all amazing and went out of their way to help us which made us feel like staying with family ….we can’t wait to return again and stay at this magical place. Thanks to Joel and his team we miss you already!

My stay at Sky Pavilion Kandy was wonderful, even just after Cyclone Ditwah. While some areas were badly affected, the hotel felt calm, safe, and beautifully maintained. The views of the mountains and Mahaweli River were stunning and gave me a real sense of peace. The staff were the highlight ,warm, genuine, and incredibly helpful. Despite the challenges in the area, they made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel truly cared for. A lovely, cozy place with amazing hospitality. I’d highly recommend Sky Pavilion Kandy for a relaxing, scenic stay.

I would like to mention that, firstly, I am thankful to the hotel host for arranging transport for me from the city center to the hotel for free. Secondly, they created good conditions in the hotel. There is a good swimming pool where you can rest comfortably. All the furniture is clean and new. Especially my room, which was cleaned every day. Even though the hotel is a bit far from the center, you can get there with a tuk-tuk driver named Arush. He is a good man and offers very reasonable prices to get to the city. Finally, I want to thank a man named Koan, if I am not mistaken, who works at the hotel. He is a good person who answered all my questions patiently and arranged a good breakfast every day, which made my day better

In one room, we had a 4 year old. There was no charge for him, but an extra bed was provided. Rooms were super clean. Very nice upgraded bathrooms. The host was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good...standard fare with a nice fruit plate. The location was great. We walked to town along the lake. For families, there is a big playground right at the bottom of the hill, on the way to the lake and town.
