The bungalow sits atop a hill with a view of a river, hills and forested landscape capturing a picturesque view of Kandy. The morning mist encompasses the bungalow making you feel you're living in the clouds. With an infinity pool and attentive service and a gorgeous property this stay capped my entire Sri Lanka trip. The bungalow is located 15 min drive from the main property but check-in and everything else is handled directly at the bungalow. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Manju (head of housekeeping) took our orders and overall made our stay enjoyable. The food cooked by the private chef was memorable. Would encourage all friends to visit.

Located in the heart of Kandy City, Villa 49 is 1 km from the famous Temple of Tooth. Its restaurant serves local and Western dishes. Free Wi-Fi and parking are provided. Shannai and staff were so welcoming. The property is nicely situated at the end of the lake, away from the hustle of Kandy. The aesthetic design of this boutique hotel is truly beautiful.

Everything! 😍 It was a nice surprise The hotel is in the high part of Kandy ( facing knuckles mountain and a golden Buddha), the view is spectacular. The Sky Pavilion is a jewel, decorated with taste, it’s quiet , clean and rooms are beautiful all with the stunning view on the mountains and you can also relax by the pool The manager takes a good care of his guests and the staff is really helpful and nice . They will help you with everything, visits, food and drinks , transportation , money change etc… In addition, the cooking is really good , the breakfast is top ! And finally , their Tuk Tuk driver is a gem, he will take you to the best places in the city . I will come back there .

We very much enjoyed our time at the Radisson hotel in Kandy. The location was very convenient. The food was wonderful downstairs especially the local dishes, salads, breads, and fruits. It was cool and rainy so we did not experience the pool. The hotel staff were all wonderful. Three Staff went out of their way to greet us. The first was there the first two days. She was a server in the buffet. You know here by her big smile and warm personality. The other two were Santa in the buffet and Malka at the front desk. They were very welcoming and checked on us to make sure things were going well. We enjoyed our 5 days in Kandy and at the Radisson hotel.

In one room, we had a 4 year old. There was no charge for him, but an extra bed was provided. Rooms were super clean. Very nice upgraded bathrooms. The host was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good...standard fare with a nice fruit plate. The location was great. We walked to town along the lake. For families, there is a big playground right at the bottom of the hill, on the way to the lake and town.
