We were particularly amazed by the extra services we received without surcharge (we slept in the executive room), high noon tea and happy hour cocktails. The room is outstanding, the food is excellent and the swimming pool exactly like it looks on the pictures.

I had an awesome stay at the Cinnamon Grand in Colombo! The staff were super friendly and always made sure I was doing okay. My room was really clean and comfy. The food was great too — Play had this awesome buffet and a la carte options, and breakfast was amazing with both Sri Lankan and Western dishes. The hoppers were delicious, and the coffee was really good. Overall, everything was just great. Can’t wait to go back!

Loved how beautiful the place is. Staff is friendly and understanding. We asked for a different room and they had one ready for us. It took a while for them to get it ready as the previous customers were still occupying the room.

This hotel is an amazing place in Colombo to relaxe and visit the city. The pools are really nice designed, they offer massages, and they have a sort of gym. The restaurant was making lovely club sandwich. The personal is really friendly and helping. Within the room we had a large two person's bath. :-D
