Beautiful building in the heart of Nuwara Eliya. Even our guide was shocked as he hadn’t heard of this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and as a guest you will receive 50% discount from the menu prices. The portions are quite large and the service is excellent.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The hotel itself has an old english charm look and feel both inside and in its surrounding grounds which was lovely. Surrounding gardens were also very beautiful.
Staff were very attentive and rooms clean.

The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking 24 hectares of tea plantation, surrounded by luscious mountains. It is the perfect combination of peace and isolation amidst a breathtaking scenery.
The hotel staff are very attentive to guests’ needs - be it booking car transfers or showing the best hike routes in the area.
This place is a gem and we look forward to coming back.

Location and quietness were the 2 best parts about this stay. The room felt so cosy and warm, comfortable beds, and a great little TV in front to pop on just before bed.

I only stayed for one night, but I had a really comfortable stay without any fault. Really cool designed rooms, the bed was particularly comfortable and big and great bathrooms as well. I also had a great dinner and breakfast in the restaurant attached

Our stay at the Heritance Tea Factory was one of the highlights of our holiday to Sri Lanka. Great memories. Amazing location! We had a lovely walk down through the village and into the tea plantations which were stunning. Unlike other reviews we found it was extremely good value for money. Lovely food and very attentive staff.
