We had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service. Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great. Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.

The room was very comfortable and new, shower (!!!!) and view were incredible, butler service was beyond expectations and we had an extremely helpful and nice butler who showed us around and pampered us throughout out stay, food at the italian restaurant and drinks and snacks at the bar were delicious, couldn’t recommend more!

The community that is working (and staying) at the Guest House was wonderful--they had a sushi party the night we arrived and the hosts taught us how to make sushi rolls. Also there was a guitar in the communal area that we were able to use which was great. The facilities were clean and the family room that sleeps four was very comfortable (I was traveling with my two adult children).
