From the very first moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful decor/landscaping and hospitable staff. The staff member(s) were excellent in explaining how to stay in a ryokan (as visitors with no experience, this was very helpful) by showing us around our room. We tried their restaurant's traditional Japanese breakfast and it was superb! Additionally, we booked a private onsen and it was so clean and relaxing, offering stunning views of the city. I cannot recommend this stay enough, we can't wait to go back!

The staff were very polite and friendly. The room we stayed in was spacious for our family of 5 and we really liked the Japanese experiences that we had at Hotel New Wakasa. The rooftop sitting area is lovely.

Only a 1-minute walk from the east exit of JR Nara Train Station, the modern Super Hotel Lohas boasts a natural hot-spring bath and a breakfast with fresh-baked bread. Rooms offer free wired internet and a video-on-demand system. Free WiFi is available. Great location right next to station, staff great and helpful, onsen onsite, open bar for happy hour (no beer though), beds comfortable and breakfast had a variety of options. Would 100% stay again.

Featuring a shared lounge, the 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and luggage storage space for guests. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! We really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely come back if we visit Nara again.
