Since the station is nearby, day trips are easily done. The room was big in japanese standards, very clean, comfortable, well lit, warm and comfortable. It was very quiet and easy to sleep. The staff,a gentleman at the reception, was very welcoming and helpful. I was offered clean towels and tea every day. There was complimentary water in the room, a kettle and effective AC.
