Great location a little away from the tourist scene but has it's own local charm and easy walking reach from temples and sightseeing. Coffee in the lounge in front of the bog tree just what we needed in the morning.

The bathroom was good - we had separate shower and the restroom with the door, so it was really good. The neighborhood was quiet. Hotel location was close to Nijo Castle and important public transport lines are close to hotel.
