Good location with great design, service and amenities. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood but still having convenient access to most places of interest for tourists. The place has been designed by noted Japanese architect Kengo Kuma and has a good vibe. Service and amenities were also exceptional and especially loved their jinbei pyjamas (much better than the ones we had in Four seasons Otemachi). An excellent property overall.

Facing the Imperial Palace, the luxurious Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently situated right next to JR Tokyo Station.

This hotel is perfectly located in one of the best areas of Tokyo .Easy to reach from the airport via the Asakusa line too. We loved the spacious rooms and comfy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Tokyo
