Even before our arrival, Gianluca’s kind communication stood out. He explained in such a polite and thoughtful way that he would not be at the hotel when we arrived, and sent us very detailed instructions on how to check in by ourselves. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building, just like a typical Venetian home, and in a wonderful location. Breakfast — which Gianluca asked us about in advance — was delivered right to our door at the exact time we preferred. It was much better and more varied than in many hotels we’ve stayed at, and the croissants were simply amazing! We only stayed for two nights, but our hearts remained there. On the second day, we had a small issue and they did everything possible to solve it. At check-out, they explained everything with so much care that we left without a single question in our minds. Gianluca and his wife truly made us feel like family. Being able to leave our luggage safely until our trip to the airport was another big help. We never had any problem communicating — even if language could sometimes be a barrier, the heartfelt connection made everything so easy. We are truly grateful for every detail and every effort. Set in a tranquil, residential area near the Padova Ovest Motorway exit and a 10-minute bike ride from Padua historical centre, Casa Camilla is set in its own garden with furnished patio, 4 km from... The house is absolutely lovely and Filippo is the best hose i've ever encountered. He has tips for everything and was incredibly nice, an absolute ray of sunshine. He even gave us bikes to tour the city basically for free without any prior reservation. Absolutely worth it only to encounter Filippo.
