The girl who greeted us and looked after us was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful.

A beautiful large room for three sisters on a tour of Italy. A great shower spotlessly clean . Access is via a large door then a lift to the 3 floor where we were greeted by a receptionist. The interior of the building is beautiful. The breakfast room was very authentically Florence!. We had a lovely breakfast there every morning. Juices / cereals/ fruit/eggs / bacon/ jug and cakes and good coffee

When my mom’s backpack, which had the apartment keys inside, was stolen, Fabio provided clear instructions to access the apartment and even left new keys waiting for us at the door. His kindness and efficiency made a difficult situation much easier to handle. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, making our stay very comfortable. This was my first time in Florence, but it definitely won’t be my last! I will absolutely return and stay at “Residenza Marchesi Pontenani” again. Highly recommend!
