We stayed 2 nights in room on second floor. I guess it was room 201. We did all of the Florence activities on foot. The flat is only about 15-20 minutes from the center. Having the opportunity to park your car there and cover everything by walking was a huge plus for us. You've several grocery stores 10-15 minutes from the flat,fantastic La Farina pizzeria in the same building located on street level. Very friendly staff to help and explain you everythin.you need to know.. Our receptionist Laura ? was very nice and friendly,so was the guy in reception next day I guess his name was Vitalij. We strongly recommend this place if you're in Florence for more then a day and want to have all the comfort of not a hotel room but the whole apartment with all the amenities
