The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

The location was perfect, and the room was clean and recently renovated. The large bathroom and effective heating made for a comfortable stay. There was also a nice common area for tea and coffee. The host was super friendly and had plenty of recommendations. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Modern room. Walking distance to the duomo, cathedral and Capelle medicee as well as all attractions. Great service and very friendly staff. The room was very spacious and over all great stay and would definitely stay here again.
