Best hotel I have ever been to, super stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was absolutely next-level, with so many options I didn’t even know where to start, and they even have a whole gluten-free section. Honestly, for breakfast they had everything you could ever dream of, really. The room was spotless, super cozy, elegantly designed with very comfortable bed. I loved all the little details that made it feel special. It had that perfect mix of comfort and style, and I absolutely loved every moment of this. If I could, I’d give it 100 stars.

Location is great, apartment is clean, has everything what you need, removated. We really enjoyed our stay. Very good quality for good money. Also super friendly owners and very helpful. We even had a possibility to charge our electric car. Huge recommendations from us.

I was impressed by the owners/ staff level of English and the owners' attention to every detail; nice touches like a glass of prosecco on a Sunday evening and some water when you leave. Excellent breakfast, local produce used, very good coffee and, no joke, five kinds of butter. Spacious room, safety box, comfy bed, good lighting, fluffy gowns, and a basket for your pool stuff, elegant lounge, and tasty drinks accompanied by some snacks , the list goes on and on. We found the facilities in the atmospheric jacuzzi&sauna zone quite impressive, and the temperature of the water in the pool pleasantly relaxing. Good location close to restaurants, a cable car, and a chair lift. On arriving, drive straight up the door to unpack, and then you will get the card that opens the gate to the parking lot at the back.

A true luxury spa best utilized by those interested in more than a whirlpool and sauna though those were quite nice. This spa offers all the latest in treatments and exceptional quality food all provided by professional and courteous staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains and the villa gardens. Situated a short 30 min walk to Merano’s city center we enjoyed our walks into the city and the surrounding hillside. If I had to be critical I’d say the pool temp could have been 1 degree (C) warmer, the steam sauna could have been steamier and maybe add a cold room to the spa. Two nights was too short.

WiFi is free throughout the property. The apartment had an amazing view of the mountains and the town of Ortisei. It was comfortable and clean. We cooked sometimes and there were all the basic things we needed. The heated pool has a breathtaking view. The staff was really lovely. I would highly recommend to stay at Gran Tubla.
