Very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was amazing, including for anyone with any dietary restrictions. The staff were very friendly. Great location walkable through the town of Vipitino. Free parking on site was a bonus.

Rooms at the Residence Settsass come with a satellite TV and carpeted floors. All rooms feature a private bathroom. New apartments, well furnished. Beds were firm. It was very warm, and fine with the windows open. The ski bus stops almost outside but otherwise it’s a short walk. The staff are lovely and the room is cleaned regularly. Nice views from most of the apartments.

Amazing B&B within a walking distance from Ortisei. We stayed in the studio apartment, which was lovely with a little garden. Breakfast was super, especially the cappuccinos were fantastic. Nice staff and truly relaxing atmosphere!

Its gardens feature a sun terrace with outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Rooms offers air conditioning and free WiFi. Very nice and approachable owners and staff. Very friendly and helpful. In general our stay was very good and recommend for everyone. Very good breakfast.
