They had a shuttle to the beach for free which was amazing and parking as well. One of the best and coziest places I have ever been and would love to return. Also the staff were so nice and helpful. The Excelsior is located in the city centre of La Maddalena Island, a 2-minute walk from the ferries to/from Palau. There is free public parking in front of the hotel.

The apartment is located right in the city center, with an underground parking nearby. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Wow, Piazza San Pantaleo guest house is one of the best places we have ever stayed. We booked the large "apartment" room, and we were so happy with the space. The room itself was amazing, but equally amazing was Giovanni's hospitality. He is a wonderful and warm host who gave us many recommendations and whose company we enjoyed during the morning breakfast hour. The house is incredibly well-designed with a beautiful collection of vintage and antique furniture and art. There is a sense of eclecticism but also understated elegance. The town is relaxing and very walkable. The views of San Pantaleo church from the balcony of the house were stunning. Giovanni's home is the kind of place were would hope to revisit in the future.

Mosca is an Art-Nouveau villa protected by the arts and culture society. Interiors have a contemporary design with high-quality furniture. Guests have free sun loungers in the garden, which features a hot tub. The villa is an oasis of elegance, calm and peace, with an amazing view over the sea. We loved every single minute there and looking forward to come back soon. We enjoyed the infinity pool, the cocktails by the pool, the comfortable bed and pillows, the breakfast with good selection of fruits, sweets, Italian cheese and meats, the freshly made coffee, but above all it’s the staff that made this whole experience one of the kind.
