They had a shuttle to the beach for free which was amazing and parking as well. One of the best and coziest places I have ever been and would love to return. Also the staff were so nice and helpful. Def recommend

The room was much larger than we expected and the host, Enrico, was the true definition of a good host. He greeted us with a coffee during the check-in process, gave us some very good pointers on where to go in the city (sightseeing, dining, etc.) and even accepted to let us leave our luggage during our last day in Cagliari (flight was late in the evening). Also, items in the room such as snacks, coffee pods and so on were replaced daily and we were even left a complimentary soft drink each in the room. Regarding location, the area might seem dodgy at first, but rest assured that it is very safe and very close (walking distance) to the heart of the city. Would seriously recommend this place.
