They handled things pretty good and the second room might have been not as big or fancy as the first one, but it was really nice and the windows gave to a even quieter road (which is for me more important then any fancy amenities... to sleep quietly). Everything was excellent, beginning from the staff who worked there (and I also mean the cleaning personnel), the rooms, the location.. all that plus breakfast included!!!!!

Sa Domu Cheta offers an original design with its complete renovation of the first floor of a historic building. Here you can admire early 20th-century architecture, Art Nouveau design, exposed-stone walls and exposed-wood beams. Best location, very friendly and professional staff , very good breakfast from natural products, stylish room and clean facilities. Highly recommended.

The Excelsior is located in the city centre of La Maddalena Island, a 2-minute walk from the ferries to/from Palau. There is free public parking in front of the hotel.

On top of it - just on the adjacent main street, so you're just in the middle of the action - we really loved it :D
