The family-run Domus Antica Aosta is located in Aosta. Rooms include free WiFi and a free minibar. The host was delightful and gave us a friendly welcome. The room is beautiful and so comfortable with every possible extra - a fridge stocked with delicious treats and a coffee machine and home made apple tart on arrival.

Breakfast was outstanding, everything you could ever ask for and more. Fresh baked breads, cakes, etc. Staff was wonderful, location and views fabulous. Very spacious room/balcony. Once we figured out the parking, it was convenient to take the car in and out each day. The front desk staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful as were all the other staff we encountered--the women in the breakfast area, after hours in the lounge. Breakfast was a delight with a range of local items to taste, part of the reason for traveling to have local experiences. Overall the location and convenience was just ideal.

The spa was great, with a large indoor/outdoor pool, contrast showers, fresh fruit and tea offered. The room is unique, a modern renovation of an old home of character. The owners are super helpful and polite. The meals are exquisite.
